"LB CD/DVD Lock 2" is software that allows you to create disks containing encrypted data with just two simple steps. It also supports Blu-ray. It uses the AES encryption method (256-bit key) as specified by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Disks with passwords can be accessed on other computers. ■ Supported OS: Japanese Windows 11/10/8.1/7 (32-bit, 64-bit) ■ Supported models: DOS/V machines from various manufacturers (Does not operate on NEC PC-9800, PC-9821 series, or Macintosh) ■ CPU: Intel Pentium or compatible CPU with 1GHz or higher ■ Memory: 1GB or more ■ Hard disk space: 30MB or more (*) An additional disk space equivalent to about twice the size of the disk being created is required as working space ■ Others: Windows writing function, writable optical drive

It can be attached to encrypted discs as needed. ●You can set an expiration date for password-protected discs: Discs with passwords that have passed their expiration date will become permanently unusable. ●Adoption of the next-generation encryption method AES (256-bit key) by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST): The hash value of the specified password is used as the encryption key.
