It is now possible to add smart lighting items to furniture made with lightweight and high-rigidity aluminum honeycomb panels! We have successfully integrated an ultra-thin LED module developed by Fuji Sash into Morishin Industrial's aluminum honeycomb panels. The feature of this LED module is that it implements LED chips on a substrate and is coated with resin, resulting in an extremely thin LED module with a total thickness of only 1.9 mm, even with the addition of the LED module substrate and coating layer. Since it is possible to add engraving processing to the honeycomb panel, it has become feasible to incorporate lighting within the thickness of the panel. We offer two basic dimensions for the LED module: 185 mm x 35 mm and 77 mm x 35 mm, and they can be connected together. We provide two types of light sources: white and warm colors.
