Automate the troublesome dissolution process! Prevents clogging and continuously supplies a solution of constant concentration.
The polymer automatic dissolution device APD-200/500/1000 is a machine that automatically performs the tasks of supplying and dissolving polymers. By simply replenishing the hopper with polymers, it can continuously supply a solution with a constant concentration. The adoption of an eco-blow type table feeder allows for the diffusion supply of polymers, preventing the occurrence of "mamakos." 【Features】 ■ Easy operation ■ Constant concentration → The supply amounts of polymer and water can be accurately controlled → It is possible to continuously create a solution with a constant concentration ■ No occurrence of "mamakos" ■ Various specifications → The dissolution tank can be selected from PVC, FRP, or SUS For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
