DynaGlass is a one-component transparent window UV/infrared insulating glass coating that utilizes the heat storage effect of ATO. Since the intrusion of solar radiation through windows or the escape of heating and cooling energy accounts for 70% of energy loss, insulating and heat-shielding windows are the most effective measures for energy conservation and electricity saving in living spaces. ATO has the ability to absorb near-infrared rays, significantly reducing the occurrence of condensation in winter and enhancing heating efficiency. In midsummer, it blocks strong sunlight infrared rays, which is effective for energy saving and CO2 reduction. It has excellent workability, superior leveling after application, and the coating is transparent. *Leveling: The ability of the paint to smooth itself during application. Construction Guidelines and Precautions 1. Since it is a solvent-based paint, please ensure adequate ventilation to prevent volatile components from accumulating on site. We recommend wearing protective masks and nylon bags for inhalation protection. 2. The key to beautifully finishing the Dynaglass application is, above all, the clarification of the glass surface and the application on a dry surface, so please pay close attention to cleaning and drying conditions. The glass surface often has fine dust and oil films, so first polish it with commercially available glass compound to secure a hydrophilic surface. We also offer "Peeling Agent PREX Remover," which effectively removes oil films and scale marks, so please consider this as well. It is also effective for the peeling work of glass heat-insulating coatings. 3. The allowable temperature for the Dynaglass application environment is about 70%, but fine condensation may occur on the glass surface due to temperature differences with the outside air, so be sure to conduct a test application to confirm that no fogging occurs before proceeding with the full application. If there is a mistake, it can be wiped off with solvents such as alcohol or thinner within a few hours after painting.
