The surface grinding machine you are currently using can easily transform into a rotary grinding machine with just one touch!
The "Rotary Chuck," developed for in-house use as an add-on product to our decades-long best-selling item, the "Electromagnetic Chuck with Sign Bar (Sign Bar Chuck)," transforms your existing molding grinding machines and surface grinding machines into a water-cooled, wet-type rotary grinding machine [waterproof protection structure: IP63] with just a one-touch installation. Like the Sign Bar Chuck, the Rotary Chuck is a grounded product born from our manufacturing site, which has designed and manufactured over 5,000 types of precision press molds, reflector molds, and mold components for 56 years since our founding.

basic information
Born from the manufacturing site of molds, we are confident in our high level of completion that firmly addresses the needs of users. The rotary chuck will transform the grinding scene. By simply adding this rotary chuck to your existing surface grinder or profile grinder, without the need to purchase a rotary grinding machine, you can easily and precisely perform rotational machining that was previously impossible. Additionally, by using it in conjunction with our sign bar chuck, you can achieve even broader and higher value-added grinding processes. This significantly improves the in-house production rate. It features a direct drive system that is compact and lightweight, with an easy-to-remove design.
