Colloidal silica densifies the internal gaps of concrete and ceramic materials, improving their strength.
When "MS-90" or "MS-92" is applied (or impregnated) to concrete, it chemically bonds with calcium hydroxide, the main component of cement, to form calcium silicate, significantly improving strength (by more than 1.5 times) and enhancing physical strength and water absorption rates, thereby preventing deterioration. Using it on degraded concrete helps suppress carbonation and contributes to the longevity of structures. Additionally, the painted surface becomes hydrophilic, which also enhances dirt resistance. 【Features】 ◯ Concrete reinforcement ◯ Concrete strengthening ◯ Dirt resistance and surface hydrophilicity ◯ Carbonation prevention ◯ Hardness improvement ◯ Dense and water-resistant For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Applications/Examples of results
<Tunnel Reinforcement> The interior repair work of the aging tunnels on the JR line running through Shizuoka Prefecture has adopted 'MS-92', which possesses high performance in "strength recovery" and "hardness improvement." As the need for measures to prevent collapse accidents due to the aging of concrete structures (such as tunnels and roads) built during the period of rapid economic growth increases, research and development of painting repairs using mechanical robots like drones is also progressing. <Yokohama Customs - Queen's Tower> After being rebuilt in Showa 9 (1934) following its collapse and destruction due to the Great Kanto Earthquake, the tower, with its elegant and beautiful appearance reminiscent of an Islamic temple, has been affectionately known as the "Queen's Tower." To ensure the long-term preservation of this beautiful exterior without affecting it in any way, 'MS-90' has been adopted as the paint for "strength recovery" and "durability" of the concrete. <Tsutaya Daikanyama> Famous for its sophisticated conceptual store design, which features an impressive façade that forms a large "T" with a series of small alphabet "T"s, it addresses the challenge of embodying a meticulous design concept while ensuring functionality by adjusting 'MS-90' and 'MSA-1000' to a half-clear finish, which excels in "durability" and "weather resistance."
