CPI-WAM001 is a module board that can wirelessly transmit digital audio data. For example, it allows digital audio data stored on a computer to be played back at a distant location without losing sound quality. The module on the transmitter side sends the input audio data wirelessly, while the module on the receiver side receives and outputs it. The compatible audio data interfaces for the transmitter side can be selected from USB or I2S, while the receiver side only supports I2S.

Wireless transmission of digital audio data communication, such as USB DAC, can be easily achieved. It is possible to distribute to up to four child modules from one parent module. Since audio data is transmitted without compression, playback with minimal delay is possible. It has obtained construction design certification, so no special application is required for use within Japan. Communication over a line of sight of more than 100 meters is possible between specified sleeve antennas. Communication over a line of sight of more than 1 kilometer is possible between specified Yagi antennas.
