Protect wiring from noise sources within the control panel! Reducing space and improving installation and maintenance.
PanelMax(TM) shielded wiring ducts/noise shields separate the wiring of cables that are sources of noise from those that are susceptible to noise, providing protection from interference. This allows for close wiring of cables within the distribution panel, enabling a reduction in space inside the panel. Thanks to the shielding effect, it achieves a noise reduction of up to 20dB (EMI/RFI), which corresponds to a 90% reduction in noise voltage (NVR). This is equivalent to the noise reduction achieved when separating noise-sensitive cables from noise sources by approximately 150mm. These products significantly reduce design and assembly time, save valuable space within the distribution panel, and facilitate construction and maintenance, resulting in a reduction in total costs. *For more details, please refer to the catalog and download it.

basic information
PanelMax(TM) Shielded Wiring Duct ○ Continuous Foil Shield The durable continuous metal foil covering the surface of the duct reduces noise interference from wiring and equipment by up to 20dB, achieving 90% NVR. (This is equivalent to the effect of maintaining a distance of approximately 150mm.) ○ Conductive Slot Wall The conductive slot wall ensures a more reliable shielding effect. Slots can be cut to accommodate various sizes and types of wires, including Ethernet UTP cables. PanelMax(TM) Noise Shield ○ Metal Noise Barrier Reduces noise interference from wiring and equipment by up to 20dB, achieving 90% NVR. (This is equivalent to the effect of maintaining a distance of approximately 150mm.) With its innovative design, it can be easily attached to Panduit wiring ducts and used as a divider wall with shielding functionality. Additionally, using it independently greatly enhances the flexibility of wiring design, accommodating various applications.
