The "DIBUC" top-suction type centrifugal separator with a grooved basket allows for the use of a fully automatic upper-type centrifuge, making it easy to create a sealed structure for the entire plant. It enables centrifugal separation and washing transport in an N2 gas environment. Since all operations are conducted in a sealed environment, there is no human contact with solvents or gases, improving the working conditions. The cake can be removed from the top of the centrifuge, eliminating the need to install the centrifuge on a platform (or on a second floor), allowing it to be mounted on the ground base, which helps keep the height of the plant low. 【Features】 - No liquid leakage to the cake discharge port like bottom discharge types, and no switching device is required. - By using a metal filter, the bed cake is reduced compared to using filter cloth, resulting in lower filtration resistance for the next dewatering. - When combined with air blow, 100% of the cake is recovered, improving the escape rate each time and shortening the dewatering time. - The metal filter does not wear out like filter cloth and does not require replacement. - Issues with liquid leakage and filter cloth contamination are resolved, enhancing safety and quality.
