This is a card for implementing in an UPS and connecting to the network. In addition to being able to monitor power via a web browser or SNMP management software, it can also shut down a computer from the Web/SNMP card.

[Power management via WEB interface] Power management is possible using a PC's web browser. [Shutdown via network] Multiple servers can be shut down using the shutdown software Netshut (8 licenses included as standard; with an additional license, shutdown of over 100 units is possible). Additionally, the Web/SNMP card can log in directly to the server using SSH, Telnet, rsh, etc., to perform the shutdown. Even if the shutdown software Netshut cannot be installed on VMware, appliance servers, or UNIX-based machines, safe shutdown is still possible. [Shutdown via serial communication] The Web/SNMP card can directly shut down the server using the server's serial console. Since the serial console is standard on UNIX-based OS, it is possible to safely stop UNIX machines that cannot use shutdown software. [Wake On Lan (turning on the computer via network)] When the UPS output is turned on or the Web/SNMP card is restarted, a magic packet can be sent to a pre-configured computer to power it on.
