【Features】 ■ High Tact ＜Maximum Speed＞ - Ball screw drive: 1200mm/s (conventional model: 1000mm/s) within a stroke of 600mm - Timing belt drive: 2000mm/s ■ Adoption of Servo Motors - Ball screw drive: ±0.01mm (conventional model: ±0.02mm) - Timing belt drive: ±0.05mm ■ All Models with Absolute Specifications All models are unified with absolute specifications that do not require return to the origin. ■ High-Speed CPU Adoption The controller achieves a high level of processing capability with the adoption of a high-speed CPU. ■ Rich Variety The main body of the axis is available in 7 types for ball screw and 6 types for timing belt.
