Traditionally, we used mechanical length measuring counters, which resulted in significant measurement errors and unstable quantitative winding at low tension. By adopting an inverter-controlled motor, we can measure the winding length digitally from the drum rotation speed, achieving stable quantitative winding at low tension and high speed, even in a compact design.

Optimal for precise winding of threads. By managing the thread used in knitting machines and similar applications with precise winding, unnecessary leftover thread can be minimized, making it economical. It is also compatible with filter resin fibers, heat-resistant insulation fibers, and more. When aligning multiple threads, it allows for precise management and equalization of thread length. Additionally, since the length is measured based on the drum rotation speed, there is no burden on the thread, enabling length management even for weak threads.
