Significant reduction in industrial waste costs! Compression and volume reduction of packaging material waste, temporary storage containers.
HSM V-Press 60
Compress waste to 1/5! Achieve significant space-saving and drastic reduction in industrial waste costs! Introducing a new concept container.
While collecting waste packaging materials (such as stretch film, plastic bags, paper bags, wrapping paper, rolled cardboard, paper boxes, air cushions, PP bands, etc.) from the generation sites, they can be compressed to less than 1/5 of their original volume for temporary storage (with a post-compression volume of 0.48 cubic meters = 480 liters and a weight of up to 40 kg). This not only reduces the temporary storage space but also significantly lowers waste disposal costs.

basic information
1. The packaging material waste generated when restocking products or organizing shelves is bulky and difficult to move. As you move to the location where this waste was generated, you can collect it and compress it on-site using a manual press within the container. 2. The compressed packaging material waste can be temporarily stored inside the container, allowing for a reduction in the space needed for the temporary storage of packaging material waste that has been used until now. 3. When the container is full, you can secure it with PP straps to prevent collapse before removing it and having a waste disposal contractor handle the disposal or recycling. Due to the compression, processing and associated costs can be reduced by up to 50%. 4. In some cases, the entire container can be loaded onto a truck and transported to the waste disposal contractor. Main Specifications: Container effective capacity: 0.48m³ (480 liters) Container maximum load: 40kg Container internal dimensions: Width 74cm x Depth 64cm Effective height: 101.5cm Container external dimensions: Width 81cm x Depth 73.5cm x Height 128cm Body weight: 95kg Number of PP straps: 3
