At Benkan Kiko, we are capable of manufacturing sizes larger than standard large-diameter fittings, with production achievements up to 80 inches (2000A). Typically, for piping bends exceeding 48 inches (1200A), structures combining circumferential welding and longitudinal welding, known as miters or elbow pipes, are used. However, by using large-diameter elbows, we can reduce the number of circumferential welds, create smoother bends, and decrease turbulence, resulting in numerous benefits such as cost reduction and shortened manufacturing periods. We can manufacture both long and short elbows. Regarding tees, we can produce branch pipe integrated types (with shoulder radius) up to 66 inches (1650A) and neck joint types up to 80 inches (2000A). For reducers, we can manufacture up to 80 inches (2000A). However, please note that the availability of molds may vary, so feel free to contact us first. Additionally, we can also manufacture long and short elbows, tees, and reducers for sizes below 1200A.
