basic information
The edge is a very thin and lightweight compact device with a thickness of 13mm and a weight of 250g. It features an astonishingly wide viewing angle and a large 5.5-inch LCD screen, as well as a capacitive touch keypad. The edge can measure pH, conductivity, and dissolved oxygen using dedicated digital electrodes. When these digital electrodes are connected to the main unit, the type of electrode, calibration data, and ID number are automatically recognized. Additionally, the electrode connector uses a 3.5mm mini plug, making it very easy to connect to the main unit. The design of the edge is not only stylish in appearance but also highly practical. By using the included holder, it can be used as a tabletop unit, wall-mounted, or for portable field measurements. It transcends traditional application-specific boundaries, positioning itself as a versatile product for multiple uses. Furthermore, with Hanna's unique CAL CHECK function, the device will notify you on the screen about the condition of the electrode or if it cannot be calibrated correctly. The edge was born from Hanna's long-standing technological expertise as a leading manufacturer of measurement instruments. It creates new value in the field of water quality measurement in terms of design, usability, performance, and price.
