The grinding cloth captures the workpiece broadly on the surface, improving work efficiency by about three times!
The "Polygon Band & Drum" from Ichiguchi is a band and drum designed for high-efficiency grinding and polishing by shaping the abrasive cloth into a multi-blade band configuration. Compared to existing flap wheels that perform grinding and polishing operations at the tip of the abrasive cloth, the polygon band allows work to be done on the surface of the abrasive cloth. This significantly improves workability. 【Features】 ■ Captures the workpiece as a surface rather than a point, greatly enhancing work efficiency (approximately three times) ■ The multi-blade shape provides an air-cooling effect, resulting in less heat accumulation in the workpiece ■ With a dedicated drum attachment, one-touch conversion to the required grit size is possible ■ Industrial waste weight is reduced to one-third, making it environmentally friendly We are currently offering a trial kit for the "Polygon Band & Drum." Take this opportunity to experience its usability and work efficiency! For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
