Futaba Manufacturing's piston-type air motor can be used in explosion-proof areas. It is suitable for wet environments since it does not require a power supply. Among the four or five cylinders arranged in a star shape, two are always in the power stroke, and because there is no dead point in the crank, it achieves balanced rotational force with minimal vibration, resulting in smooth and stable rotation.
