Silent due to contactless rotation! Dual-stable rotary solenoid with a reciprocating spring retention type.
The "SLF series" is a bistable rotary solenoid with a reciprocating spring retention type. The SC silent solenoid manufactured and sold by Esclaf is an actuator that utilizes the magnetic force generated by energizing the coil, designed to eliminate noise during operation. It features a structure developed from the principle of reluctance-type pulse motors, with a design that has no contact points other than bearings, making it silent. Leveraging these characteristics, it has numerous applications ranging from industrial equipment where noise is a concern to precision machinery. It achieves a long lifespan of several million to tens of millions of operations and is recognized for its reliability in automation lines where failures are unacceptable. **Features of the Rotary Solenoid:** - Can control rotation speed - Designed without axial stroke, making it easy to design - Can set rotation angles arbitrarily without burning out - Maximum torque is obtained at startup - Simple structure and long lifespan For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
