Case Study: Steelmaking Sector - Management of Hydraulic Operating Oil for Steelmaking Equipment
A small hydraulic issue not only leads to a decline in quality but also directly results in a decrease in productivity.
The steel mill is a typical process industry that is highly automated and operates in a consistent flow. Therefore, even a small hydraulic issue can lead not only to a decline in quality but also directly to a decrease in productivity. Oil oxidation byproducts can cause malfunctions in electromagnetic valves and servo valves. The only effective means to remove these is the electrostatic oil purifier EDC.
