The penetrating concrete surface protector 'RC Gardex PROTECT' is a surface protector primarily composed of alkali silicate that penetrates the concrete surface, reacts with calcium ions in the concrete, and generates calcium silicate and other compounds within the concrete's pores, making the concrete surface hard and dense. This results in features such as 'improved abrasion resistance, durability, and waterproofing,' 'prevention of hairline cracks,' 'dust prevention and reduced maintenance effort,' 'stain resistance,' 'cost-effectiveness,' and 'safety' (while waterproofing is improved, it is not a waterproofing material). The surface protector is excellent for protecting concrete (extending its lifespan), making it ideal for concrete structures that will be used for a long time.
