◇Mass Production Capable System A multi-layer glass manufacturing line has been introduced in a clean room. We adopt a flexible production system that combines online and offline production to achieve the shortest production method. ◇Thorough Quality Control The multi-layer glass factory features a clean room constructed with panel structures, which cuts out impurities that may enter the multi-layer glass. We offer a 10-year warranty against internal condensation for general pairs, Hi pairs, and Sx pairs. *The eligibility for the 10-year warranty against internal condensation is subject to our company regulations. ◇From Small Sizes and Small Lots Small-sized multi-layer glass, which is often avoided due to being out of the manufacturing line, can be produced at Sanwaiz from a minimum size of 100mm x 100mm, accommodating small lots as well. We can also handle relatively large sizes up to 4m² in area and 120kg in weight (the possible dimensions for both small and large sizes vary depending on the thickness and weight of the glass used). ◇From Standard Products to High-Function Products You can freely choose from general multi-layer glass using standard aluminum spacers to those enhanced with warm edge spacers for better insulation performance, as well as multi-layer glass using vacuum glass or heated multi-layer glass, depending on your budget and application.

【AC Power Controller】 The heating pairs from Sanwaise cannot be directly connected to a 100V (or single-phase 200V) primary power supply because the resistance values differ based on the dimensions of the glass. By using an AC power controller, it is possible to properly adjust the power supply. At Sanwaise, we adjust the output of the AC power controller during the current inspection of the heating pairs to ensure that the surface temperature of the glass is higher than the ambient temperature before shipment. If condensation occurs when the power is turned on, adjustments can also be made to the settings. (Please note that if the output is raised too high, there is a risk of the glass overheating and breaking, so adjustments should be made according to the instruction manual.) Additionally, depending on the dimensions of the glass, it is also possible to control multiple heating pairs of the same size with one unit. The primary side power supply can accommodate 100V and single-phase 200V. Please specify whether you require 100V or single-phase 200V when placing your order.

"Double Glazing 'Brest Pair' Option" Standard double glazing has a layer (the hollow layer) between the panes of glass that is completely sealed. During the day, when the temperature rises, the air in the hollow layer gets heated and expands, causing the glass to warp, which in turn distorts the reflected image. Additionally, the hollow layer of double glazing can also expand or contract due to changes in air pressure. This is the same principle as when a snack bag or plastic bottle expands when you go hiking. This change in air pressure is also one of the causes that distorts the reflected image.
