The high-temperature cartridge heater manufactured by Ramarod is a high-watt density (W/cm²) cartridge heater that enables long life even at high temperatures, as a result of years of research. It uses Incoloy material for the sheath and has Incoloy end discs welded at the cartridge heater terminals, with the mouth treated with LavaSeal (special volcanic sealing), allowing for uniform and precise heating at medium and low temperatures, as well as maintaining a continuous sheath surface temperature of up to 800°C. The RAMAROD cartridge heater has passed the stringent regulations of various industries and institutions, and its production process complies with the regulations of both state and federal governments in the United States, while also being approved for use by NASA, the space industry, and the nuclear industry. Additionally, except for specially ordered cartridge heaters, they are designed to meet the standards of NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) and the Electrical Appliance and Material Control Law.
