Since 1993, we have independently conducted research to overcome the shortcomings of the conventional RTM (RI) method and have completed the surrounding technologies. Here, we will sell RTM (RI) machines based on our proprietary technology, as well as equipment that includes a completely different type of preform machine and screen-type manufacturing technology compared to previous methods.

1. Our unique technology allows for a speedy clamping method. 2. With low costs and simple equipment, maintenance expenses are low, and any preform can be produced in a short time. The development of a binder for preforms enables a manufacturing method that can be achieved with a blower of 1 to 5 horsepower. 3. Since preforms can be easily produced within the RTM (RI) molding factory, productivity is significantly increased. 4. High-precision products can be made with stable product dimensions. 5. The work environment becomes cleaner, ensuring a comfortable workplace. Like the preform machine, the injection machine is also our own (purely domestic), designed with a motto of low-cost components and rapid maintenance support, allowing for safe usage. We employ a low-pressure injection machine (0.2 to 0.5 MPa) that utilizes an air-back method for fast and uniform clamping. Additionally, the RTM (RI) mold features a highly accurate back shell method (patented) for FRP, with a mold surface that experiences minimal gloss degradation, and the use of a special epoxy resin has achieved a mold lifespan of up to 4,000 shots.
