Stick what doesn't stick! A groundbreaking surface modification treatment system that solves adhesion and bonding issues.
Until now, materials that were difficult for paints and coatings to adhere to have been transformed with a surface modification treatment system that achieves reliable adhesion and bonding, significantly improving work efficiency. This is "Flame Bond." Flame Bond allows for surface modification treatment of materials ranging from plastics to metals and wood-based materials by spraying a combustion flame mixed with organic liquid metal onto the target object. Compatible materials: ■ Plastics (acrylic, polycarbonate, polypropylene, PET, PE, nylon, etc.) ■ Rubber/Elastomers (silicone rubber, EPDM, natural rubber, etc.) ■ Metals (stainless steel, aluminum, plated substrates, painted surfaces, etc.) ■ Glass materials (sheet glass, heat-resistant glass, hard glass, etc.) ■ Tiles, ceramics ■ Wood-based materials (composite wood, bamboo, plywood, etc.) ■ Other difficult-to-bond materials *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

basic information
The new system, "Flame Bond," replaces traditional primer treatments by spraying a combustion flame mixed with an organic liquid metal, a special modifier, onto the surface of the target object. This process forms a highly hydrophilic silicon oxide film at the nanoscale, significantly improving the adhesion and bonding of paints, coatings, and adhesives to the target object. "Flame Bond" enables surface treatment of materials that typically do not adhere well to paints or coatings, such as resin-based materials like PP and PE, metal materials like stainless steel and aluminum, glass-based materials, wood-based materials, and rubber-based materials, making it applicable in various fields. Compared to other treatment methods, "Flame Bond" allows for quick operation, simplifying the surface preparation process in painting and coating procedures, which is expected to enhance work efficiency. "Flame Bond" is designed to be compact and portable. Additionally, it does not contain VOCs or harmful substances like lead, making it a new treatment system that considers the working environment and can be used in various job sites.
