The exterior base adjustment material, Fujimoru, is a new lightweight pre-mixed mortar for wooden structures that can be applied with a brush and pumped. It is ideally formulated with Portland cement, special lightweight aggregates, special fibers, and admixtures to exhibit excellent performance, while also allowing for the use of a wooden trowel, making it exceptionally workable. Compared to sand mortar, it reduces the occurrence of cracks. With about half the weight of sand mortar, it places less load on the substrate, making transportation and application easier. A thickness of 16mm can be applied in one day, which shortens construction time. Its thermal conductivity is extremely low compared to sand mortar, making it effective in preventing condensation. As a pre-mixed product produced in a controlled factory environment, it ensures stable quality and eliminates the need for mixing management on-site.
