The watering pattern adjusts according to the rise in outdoor temperature and automatically stops during rainy weather. By utilizing evaporative cooling, it minimizes resource use (water and electricity) to suppress the temperature rise on the roof surface, resulting in an indoor temperature decrease of about 2°C to 6°C, making it ideal for preventing heatstroke and providing heat insulation! While the basic electricity fee (demand charge) decreases, leading to lower electricity costs, the water bill from Roof Cool (usage only during summer, varying by watering pattern) and the electricity cost for the pump (750W) are all that is needed.
