Wide range pressure measurement from 0.1 Pa to 200 kPa can be measured with a single device!
It is a wide-range vacuum gauge that is equipped with a diaphragm and a Pirani sensor within a single transducer, allowing for pressure measurement over a broad range of 0.1 Pa to 200 kPa (1 mTorr to 1500 Torr) with just one device. Additionally, it allows for the setting of up to four set points, making it very effective for processes that require wide-range pressure (vacuum) measurement while using multiple types of pressure contacts.

- The measurement range covers a wide range from 1 mTorr to 1500 Torr. - Linear measurement is possible in the range of 2 to 1500 Torr, regardless of the type of measurement gas. - Measurement units can be converted to 0.001 to 2000 mbar and 0.1 Pa to 200 kPa. - Up to four set points can be configured. - In addition to standard outputs of 0 to 2 VDC and 0 to 1.5 VDC, 0 to 10 VDC and 4-20 mA analog outputs can also be added (optional specification model). - Linear analog output compatible with computer interfaces. - The display features a large, easy-to-read green LED display. - The diaphragm can be selected from silicon or stainless steel. - Product installation can be chosen from both panel mount and bench mount options. - The response time for measurements from 2 to 1500 Torr is less than 400 msec. - The response time for measurements from 1 to 2000 mTorr is less than 1.25 seconds. - All necessary cables and mounting accessories for product use are included. - Cable extension is possible up to a maximum of 250 feet.
