The positioning system for work vessels (route management type) is a system that guides work vessels performing ground improvement operations such as sand compaction, sand drains, and CDM (Cement Deep Mixing) in construction projects at ports and coastlines to their designated working positions. It uses two RTK-GPS units, allowing for real-time corrections not only of position but also of twist, making it easy to guide the vessel to the specified location while checking the computer screen. Compared to traditional guidance methods using total stations, it does not require maintaining a line of sight and is not affected by weather conditions, thus leveraging the advantages of GPS. 【Features】 ○ The accuracy of Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) GPS is approximately 1 centimeter. → It can guide the position and twisting of the hull in centimeter units. ○ The amount of deviation during positioning is recorded internally on the analysis computer and can be printed as results. ○ Since it uses GPS, it is not affected by weather or time constraints. ○ There is no need to deploy personnel at land points. ○ Coordinates used for construction can be either public coordinates or local coordinates. → This is also reflected in the guidance screen display. ○ Coordinate systems 1 to 19 within Japan (compatible with both old and new geodetic systems) and associated local coordinates are available. ○ It is possible to differentiate between the old geodetic system (Tokyo Datum, Japan Geodetic System) and the new geodetic system (JGD2000, World Geodetic System). ○ It has an automatic GPS setup function, making it easy to configure even for those not familiar with GPS. ○ Additionally, it is packed with practical features such as entry direction to the work area, pile layout (triangular to rectangular), pile numbering, individual pile coordinate verification, and correction of fixed station coordinates. ○ It can read CAD data, allowing for visual guidance. ○ Lines and points can be drawn on the screen with actual coordinates, enabling the input of obstacles and other elements. ● For more details, please contact us.
