Presenting examples of energy-saving air conditioning systems delivered to commercial facilities such as shopping centers!
Air conditioning systems used in hospitals, special nursing homes, and large commercial facilities. While providing comfort, their running costs are also a significant burden for management. Among these, the largest loss comes from the power consumption of the chilled and hot water circulation pumps. Our company has devised a special control method to reduce the power consumption of these pumps and promote energy savings. The reduction effect has achieved a remarkable 50-90% reduction (after reduction, power consumption is 10-50%). This meets two needs: reducing CO2 emissions and lowering electricity costs, without changing the way air conditioning systems are used.

Company information
Our company is engaged in the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of facilities related to electricity, air, and water. This includes areas referred to as communications or IT, as well as the installation of machinery in plants and civil engineering. We refer to these business fields collectively as comprehensive equipment services. One of the characteristics of our company is the diversity of the projects we handle. We target a wide range of facilities, from dams and power plants to golf courses, factories, buildings, and general residences. This trend is not commonly seen among other companies in the same industry. Consequently, our clients are also diverse, including government agencies at the national, prefectural, and municipal levels, general contractors, construction companies, carpenters, electrical and equipment manufacturers, as well as individual customers.
