Since the sensor and drive unit are integrated, there is no need to create surrounding circuits, making it easy to handle. The sensor is heated by the heater, which improves malfunction caused by humidity and condensation. After being immersed in 1% seawater, the humidity test results (with the sensor surface in a dirty state) show normal operation at 90% humidity, with characteristics improved by 10% compared to without the heater (manufacturer comparison), and the built-in heater accelerates the drying of the sensor surface.
