Prevents condensation, mold, termites, and unpleasant odors. Premium wood charcoal.
The residential underfloor moisture control agent, Pinoclean, is made from carbonized wood, which is a porous material with a large internal surface area. It excels in water permeability, air permeability, moisture retention, and adsorption, efficiently absorbing excess moisture during high humidity to prevent humidity from reaching 100% and to avoid condensation. Additionally, when low-humidity outside air enters, moisture is released. This cycle allows for long-lasting effectiveness. By maintaining relative humidity below 95%, the moisture content of the wood under the floor can be kept below 20%, preventing the occurrence of mold without relying on chemicals, creating an environment unsuitable for termites and mites. Furthermore, it has a strong deodorizing effect, eliminating unpleasant odors and generating fresh air. It is particularly effective for homes concerned about termite damage or those with a musty smell. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
