It is possible to check for accumulated particles and scratches in a clean room. Normally, the measurement of airborne dust in a clean room is done using a particle counter. However, accumulated dust particles with a diameter of about 10 to 100 μm cannot be detected by measuring instruments or visually. Particles that cannot be confirmed by such measuring instruments or visually can be observed with the naked eye using the light source of this product. This product utilizes automotive headlight technology, allowing for uniform and extremely even illumination over long distances. Additionally, the high-quality, uniform light clearly illuminates nearby small particles without missing them. Therefore, by illuminating from the side with this product, it is possible to observe fine dust and scratches adhered to surfaces. Of course, it can also be used in places where a powerful light source is needed, such as nighttime security operations, on-site inspections, and forensic investigations.
