TRYspring's torsion coil springs (also known as twisted springs or torsion springs) are standardized springs tailored to meet user needs. For each wire diameter, there are 1008 types of stainless steel wire (SUS304WPB) with diameters ranging from 0.3 to 1.2 mm, and 420 types of piano wire (SWPA) with diameters ranging from 1.4 to 2.0 mm. The standard products are right-hand wound, but left-hand winding is also available.

Stainless steel wire (SUS304WPB) is excellent in rust and heat resistance, making it suitable for outdoor and humid environments, but it has lower strength compared to piano wire and is more expensive. - Wire diameter: 9 sizes from 0.3mm to 1.2mm - Inner diameter: 11 sizes from 2.0mm to 12mm - Arm angle: 7 sizes from 0 degrees to 270 degrees - Number of turns: 2 to 5 turns Piano wire (SWPA) is similar to iron and rusts easily, so standard products are coated with anti-rust oil on the surface. It has about 10% higher strength than stainless steel wire and is less expensive. - Wire diameter: 4 sizes from 1.4mm to 2.0mm - Inner diameter: 6 sizes from 10mm to 15mm - Arm angle: 7 sizes from 0 degrees to 270 degrees - Number of turns: 2 to 5 turns (Standard products are right-handed, but left-handed options are also available.)
