Tanimura NVR - Residual Ion Prevention Clear Nitrile Gloves MS-CGR
Tanimura NVR・Residual Ion Prevention Clear Nitrile Gloves MS-CGR
Reduction of non-volatile residues during solvent wiping / Compatible with clean room class 100
Soft and flexible, fitting comfortably in the hand. Generally, nitrile gloves are stiffer and lack a good fit compared to latex rubber gloves, and they also do not provide much grip. This was a significant issue that arose when comparing latex gloves and nitrile gloves. The difference becomes particularly noticeable when working with inner gloves. This product has significantly better "elasticity" and "grip performance" than standard nitrile gloves. It fits securely in the hand and has strong grip, allowing for precise work even when used with inner gloves.

basic information
Reduce NVR (non-volatile residues) and residual ions. The issues with general nitrile gloves are... - Generation of dust particles (particles) - Emission of organic outgassing (organic gases) - NVR non-volatile residues - Residual cations and anions (especially anions) Among these, the issue that has become a problem in recent years is NVR non-volatile residues. During processes such as solvent wiping (cleaning) of hard disks (HDD) and electronic components and devices, nitrile gloves can leach substances due to contact with commonly used chemicals like deionized water, isopropyl alcohol, and hexane. To prevent this, the product Clear Gloves should be used. Clear Gloves are ultra-high-performance cleanroom gloves that significantly reduce NVR leaching.
