Thick high-level cleanroom wipers woven from ultra-fine microfiber [MK-CMW] In cleanrooms, it is essential to use products specifically designed for cleanrooms rather than general rags that generate dust and particles. This clean micro-wipe is used in environments where strong absorbency and wiping performance are particularly required. The product employs "microfiber," which has excellent absorbency and wiping capabilities. The fabric is finished to a thick texture using a weaving machine, giving it a feel similar to "moist, thick silk fabric." To remove internal dust from the fabric, it is washed with ultra-pure water and vacuum-packed. The fabric is cut using laser thermal cutting instead of blades, preventing dust generation from the cut edges. It can be safely used in high-level cleanrooms. (Compatible with clean class 100)
