CTS-02V4 is a non-destructive testing device for assessing the integrity of concrete structures by measuring the compressive strength of concrete. It strikes the concrete with a hammer and measures the mechanical impedance from the impact force waveform to estimate the compressive strength of the concrete. 【Features】 ○ The measuring device operates on four AA batteries and can use rechargeable secondary batteries. ○ It can also operate using power from a computer's USB. ○ With alkaline batteries, continuous measurement for 12 hours is possible. → However, it is affected by external temperature, humidity, and the number of measurements. ○ Measurement data can be transferred and processed directly to a computer by connecting the device to the computer via USB. ○ Measurement results are displayed on the screen in about one second. → It can record over one million measurement data points along with waveform data in the device. ○ The concept of a measurement plane has been introduced, allowing the average of multiple impact results to be obtained at all measurement points. → The previous area mode and point mode have been unified under this plane concept. ○ If the number of impacts at the same measurement point exceeds 20, it will revert to the previous point mode. ○ Measurement results can be output as a CSV file, making data processing with spreadsheet software easy. ○ It is capable of measuring the strength of high-strength concrete. → By setting the high-strength concrete measurement mode in advance, the calculation formula for high-strength concrete will be selected. ● For more details, please contact us.
