In the cleanroom, general polyimide (Kapton) adhesive tapes that generate dust are not allowed. When used in the cleanroom, this "antistatic clean polyimide tape" is utilized. This product employs a "resin core" for the roll core, which helps reduce dust in the cleanroom. The base material of the adhesive tape is made of "polyimide," and the adhesive used is an antistatic silicone adhesive. It has a high-temperature resistance of approximately 220°C and leaves no adhesive residue, making it suitable for high-temperature masking and temporary bonding. Furthermore, the antistatic silicone adhesive prevents static electricity (peeling charge) generated when removing the tape. This polyimide tape minimizes dust, static electricity, and adhesive residue that could adversely affect the product.
