In the clean room, general products that do not have electrostatic measures are not allowed. This is to prevent the accumulation of dust and particles. Therefore, resin products used in the clean room must be electrostatic discharge (ESD) compliant. This product uses conductive PP resin, which has an excellent surface resistance value of 10^8 [Ω] or less. Additionally, it has excellent sealing properties, allowing for complete sealing by closing the lid, thereby blocking outside air (except for 6" general use). In other words, wafers can be transported while maintaining a clean state. The strength has also been sufficiently considered, making it a product that can be used safely in various environments.
