The U-507D is an ultrasonic belt tension gauge. The sensor captures the sound waves (natural frequency) generated by the belt, which are then processed by a high-performance computer to accurately display the belt tension in digital form. It can also be connected to a PC via a USB cable for data processing of tension values. Through the development of unique data processing that utilizes a microcomputer to capture vibration frequencies, it achieves the ability to capture the period of the waveform, and accurate tension values are displayed using the calculation formulas embedded in the program.
