The FD-800 adopts a dual temperature sensor method to achieve high-precision moisture measurement. In addition to measuring the environmental temperature in the drying chamber with a thermistor, it is equipped with a non-contact infrared thermometer to directly measure the sample temperature. While compensating for the shortcomings of the thermistor, it allows for the setting of optimal heating and drying conditions tailored to the sample characteristics.
