The HI-300/300J is a concrete moisture meter that allows for easy measurement of moisture content and unit water volume by simply placing wet screened concrete (mortar) into a sample container and pressing the measurement key. It also has the capability to output management documents via a printer. The HI-300J is officially adopted by JR East in their "Standard Specifications for Civil Engineering Works."
