We have introduced new technology to the hook section of the anchor, significantly reducing the number of component parts.
The lead anchor is a stainless steel socket embedded in a concrete cover, integrated with the anchor part, used in the underground installation of overhead lines known as the "cable system." Additionally, by attaching a lock bolt to the socket, it transforms into a lifting hardware with a locking function. For the locking mechanism, we offer two types of lock bolts: a soft connection type and a tight connection type, allowing for versatile use according to various TPOs (time, place, and occasion). Company information
In today's world, where it is said that "there are no borders in technology," we swiftly incorporate excellent innovations from around the globe and continuously send our own technologies out into the world. This is JL's principle. In 1984, we formed a technological partnership with the British company Cretec and launched high-strength mortar spacers. Furthermore, in 1986, we contracted with the German company Frimeda for lifting anchors, in 1994 with the German company Halfen for cast-in channels, and with the Dutch company Deha for bar couplers, and we are actively selling these products. As overseas cooperative factories, we have foundries and fine ceramic products in South Korea, two joint ventures and one cooperative company in China, two wholly-owned companies in China, one wholly-owned company in South Korea, and a cooperative factory in Vietnam. We contribute widely to the world, not only within Japan, in the manufacturing of construction materials, machine parts, shipbuilding components, and multi-story parking components, as well as surface treatments such as dacromet processing and zinc plating.
