[Case Study] A Must-See for Those Struggling with Surface Treatment! Ceramic Coating
Inorganic ceramic coating "DK-coat Infinity"
Introducing the issues we solved with our ceramic coating "DK-coat Infinity"!
The DK-coat Infinity is a ceramic coating made from a completely inorganic material that holds infinite possibilities, with no impact on the environment or human health. Unlike Teflon coatings (fluororesin coatings), it is a ceramic coating that can address the currently concerning PFAS issues. With excellent heat resistance (up to 450°C for Infinity330), it maintains non-stick properties, low friction, and wear resistance even at high temperatures (450°C), and its hard coating with a hardness of 9H significantly improves durability. <Do you have any of these concerns?> ■ Frequently scrubbing and taking a long time to clean. ■ Products are not slippery. Friction scratches appear on the products. ■ Want to heat a chemical solution to a high temperature. ■ Using strong acids or strong alkalis. *For more details, please download the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
It is possible to apply a fluororesin coating (Teflon coating) on the inside of a pipe with an inner diameter of just 1mm. We may be able to handle processing that other companies have declined. Additionally, we have extensive experience in applying coatings for corrosion prevention on manufacturing equipment. We also have a track record in household goods and food-related equipment.
