When the communication distance is shortened due to metal proximity and does not operate, it is used on the NFC reader side such as smartphones, digital health devices, home appliances, and in-vehicle devices.
● The NFC/RFID system, which is a global standard, is being adopted in transportation-related contactless IC cards and electronic money, expanding convenience. ● From card form factors to system-compatible mobile phones and smart devices, small mobile electronic devices are equipped with reader/writer (R/W) functions, allowing for the active use of inexpensive NFC tags. ● As a result, everything and everywhere can connect to internet services, enabling white goods and healthcare devices without network connectivity to connect to the internet through smartphones and start collaborating with various cloud services. ● The biggest advantage is that the system can be built without imposing special burdens on stores or users. ● On the other hand, when incorporating into small mobile electronic devices, it is inevitably necessary to be close to metals such as printed circuit boards, so a method is employed that places magnetic shielding effects between the metal surface substrate and the tag antenna, as well as low-loss soft magnetic materials. ● This allows the incident magnetic flux to pass through the layer of high permeability materials and return from the end face, enabling communication even when an RF tag is attached to a metal surface.

basic information
●NFC/RFID Countermeasure Sheet: The proximity wireless communication technology "NFC (near field communication)" will enable mobile devices to have reader/writer (R/W) functionality. ●As a result, inexpensive NFC tags can be actively utilized. Consequently, everything and everywhere will be connected to internet services. ●Even white goods and healthcare devices that do not have network connectivity can connect to the internet through smartphones and begin to collaborate with various cloud services. However, when NFC and RFID are incorporated into mobile phones and smartphones, they inevitably come into close proximity with metals such as printed circuit boards, which can lead to shorter communication distances or malfunctioning. ●The MS-T series has achieved high magnetic shielding effectiveness and low loss to address these issues.

Detailed information
-
RFID/NFC Interference Countermeasure Noise Suppression Sheet The noise suppression sheet has a structure in which flat powder made of soft magnetic material with high permeability is uniformly distributed in a resin material, and the powder particles are electrically isolated from each other. By placing the sheet in an electromagnetic interference space, inductive coupling is suppressed. When used on transmission lines, high-frequency noise is attenuated, effectively suppressing unwanted radiation without secondary effects such as secondary radiation or signal degradation.

Company information
Our mission is to add our unique ideas and know-how to the new materials that are continuously emerging, in order to meet the needs of various industries, and to propose them as new products with added functionalities. Our functional composite materials demonstrate excellent and original capabilities across various fields, including home appliances, precision instruments, medical equipment, construction, and transportation, as well as in areas such as equipment parts, special rooms, and architectural panels, thereby contributing to society. Our pride lies in our development capabilities that continue to lead the industry, reflecting the times and exploring the next generation. We offer a wide range of products for electromagnetic wave countermeasures. Furthermore, we have established a system that allows us to consistently provide everything necessary for effective and efficient implementation, from on-site electromagnetic wave environment measurement and surveys to construction advice and shielding work. Technology is not born overnight. Our employees value a proactive attitude, especially when it comes to "technologies that no one else is doing," "technologies that are deemed impossible," and "unique technologies." Not everything in development is successful; in fact, failures are more common. However, it is also true that the byproduct technologies born from these challenges support our company today.
