It features editing of up to 60,000 lines in a maximum of 6 hierarchical levels, an automatic classification master, and a rounding function for amount adjustments, along with new capabilities for calculating amounts based on gross profit margins and a simplified statutory welfare cost calculation function recommended for appropriate construction contracts. Additionally, it includes features such as construction comments for recording negotiation information, which contribute to the efficiency of submitting construction estimates and increasing the contract rate. In addition to flexible printing capabilities, it offers a variety of output functions such as PDF creation and EXCEL output. The text output document data can be linked with the separately sold construction ledger management system [Construction Cost Builder]. There are also LAN products available for master sharing and centralized document management.
