It automatically performs efficient watering on steel roofs during the summer using a programmed timer to control sprinklers. The watering pattern adjusts according to the rise in outdoor temperature and automatically stops during rainy weather. By utilizing evaporative cooling, it minimizes resource usage (water and electricity) to suppress the temperature rise on the roof surface, resulting in an indoor temperature decrease of about 2°C to 4°C! It is ideal for preventing heatstroke and providing heat insulation! With the reduction in basic electricity charges (demand value), electricity costs decrease, and the only expenses incurred are the water bill from Roof Cool (usage only during summer, varying by watering pattern) and the electricity cost for the pump (750W).
