The standard full cone nozzle incorporates a component called a core, which imparts a swirling force to the fluid. The core has several grooves machined in a helical pattern, which reduces the passage path for the liquid. The KSFL type does not use this core, making it significantly less prone to clogging compared to a standard full cone nozzle (conical nozzle), and it is ideal for clogging prevention in spray nozzles.
