◎Functions and Effects The Bulcan operates through an automatically modulated and phase-shifted voltage signal (impulse). The effects are as follows: - By lowering the oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), it transforms water into a highly reducing state, suppressing rust progression, converting red rust into stable black rust, and protecting pipes from corrosion. - Changes in interfacial potential (zeta potential) cause colloids in the water (such as water scale, rust, and oil stains) to repel and disperse from each other, making them easier to remove.
