Hon Panel W Tack is a product that has an acrylic-based adhesive applied to both sides of extruded polystyrene foam boards (manufactured by Dow Chemical, branded as "Wood Rack"). By using Hon Panel W Tack as the core material, it is possible to manufacture composite insulation panels in a short time, and the bending strength of the panels is significantly increased. We offer six different thicknesses. ■ The adhesive for Hon Panel W Tack is F☆☆☆☆ The acrylic-based adhesive applied to Hon Panel W Tack does not contain VOC-regulated compounds such as toluene or formaldehyde. Additionally, the formaldehyde emission value of the acrylic-based adhesive, tested under the same conditions as adhesives, is less than 0.5, corresponding to the non-regulated rank of F☆☆☆☆.
