● 4,000 types of standardized products Currently, approximately 4,000 caps, plugs, and tapes are standardized, with about 1,000 types in stock within Japan alone. It is possible to meet a wide range of applications with low-cost standardized products. ● Product development with a variety of materials For example, caps … silicone, EPDM, PVC, polyethylene Products can be developed using materials suited to specific applications, such as heat resistance and chemical resistance. ● Environment We confirm the chemical substances subject to the PRTR Law (Type 1 and Type 2 designated substances) and issue MSDS. There are no substances from the six restricted under the ROHS directive in any of our products. Additionally, custom production outside of standard specifications can be achieved with extremely low mold costs (immersion molding).
